The Ministry of Education, witnessed by lawyers, drew 54,000 winners for the 115th-year lifelong learning vouchers, offering up to 1,500 TWD in tuition subsidies. Additionally, 20,000 people won museum passes for free access to permanent exhibitions at various social and cultural institutions. The Ministry conducted a random computer draw today. There were 965,555 registrations for the learning vouchers and 1,226,605 for the museum passes. Winners will be notified via SMS and can check results on the Ministry's dedicated websites. Winners can use the vouchers from May 23 to August 15 for tuition at community colleges and other institutions. Unused vouchers will be re-drawn on August 17. Pass holders can visit 11 designated institutions for free from July 1 to June 30, 116.
