(CNA, Taipei, May 20, by reporter Yu Hsiao-han) STARLUX Airlines announced today that it has once again received the 5-Star Airline certification from the international air transport rating organization SKYTRAX, marking the second consecutive year it has achieved the highest honor in the aviation industry. SKYTRAX, known as the "Oscars of the aviation industry," is an international air transport rating and survey organization that conducts comprehensive evaluations based on rigorous on-site audits, covering aspects such as airport services, cabin environment, in-flight services, and catering quality. In a press release today, STARLUX Airlines CEO K.W. Nieh stated, "Receiving the SKYTRAX 5-Star Airline certification for the second consecutive year is a very important milestone for STARLUX Airlines. It also signifies that the service spirit and quality standards our team has upheld since our launch have been recognized internationally." STARLUX Airlines has continued to gain international recognition in recent years. Additionally, STARLUX Airlines announced that it will launch its first South Korean route, "Taipei/Taichung-Busan," on June 1 this year, and its first European route, "Taipei-Prague," on August 1.
