The netizen replied, "Is this the Nina from 'Nina Comes to Taitung'?" A joking remark unexpectedly triggered the memory of the melody of "Let's Go to Taitung." It also gave Li Ying-hong creative inspiration: if 30 years later, there was a person named Nina, how would she "go to Taitung"? Thus, a story for a new generation was born. The "Taitung East Wave Festival," organized by the Taitung County Government, recently took place at Shanyuan Bay, with Shen Wen-cheng returning to his hometown to perform. During his performance, he teamed up with Li Ying-hong to debut their new single "Nina Comes to Taitung," instantly igniting cheers from the entire audience. The Taitung County Government stated that this remake is not just a cover but a cross-generational re-arrangement. The combination of Li Ying-hong and Shen Wen-cheng pits "new Taiwanese romance" against coastal Taiwanese rock.
