The case has been transferred for prosecution on charges of offenses against sexual privacy and non-consensual sexual images. According to a video uploaded by a netizen to a social media platform, a store clerk is seen grabbing a man from behind inside the store, while a woman nearby shouts 'Call the police.' Chen Chun-hung, chief of the Nantou Police Station of the Nantou County Police Bureau's Nantou Precinct, said today that the voyeurism case occurred around 2 PM on the 16th. When officers arrived at the scene, after reviewing relevant surveillance footage and inspecting the man's phone, they found images confirming that a woman and her private parts had been secretly filmed. The man was taken back for investigation, and the entire case was transferred to the Nantou District Prosecutors Office for suspected violation of the Criminal Code's offenses against sexual privacy and non-consensual sexual images.
