Eswatini's Minister of Health, Mduduzi Matsebula, stated that the partnership between Eswatini and Taiwan is growing ever stronger and more solid.

He stressed that Taiwan has led Eswatini's development through several major cooperation projects, covering areas such as healthcare, rural electrification and water resources, agriculture, information technology, bilateral trade, and infrastructure. These are core elements for the development of any nation.

Matsebula said that 'leaving no one behind' is the cornerstone of building an efficient and equitable healthcare system. An equitable healthcare system leaves no one behind, demonstrates diversity, and serves everyone with dignity. For this very reason, Eswatini will continue to advocate for the inclusion of Taiwan in the WHA. 'Taiwan can help, and Taiwan is helping.'

Tuvalu's Minister of Health, Tuafafa Latasi, said in his speech that Taiwan's support for Tuvalu has always been practical, reliable, and highly valued. Tuvalu places great importance on Taiwan's contributions to global health and human development. It will continue to support and call on the international community to fully recognize the important role and substantial contributions Taiwan plays in promoting the health of people worldwide.

Curtis Martin, Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health of St. Kitts and Nevis, said that on this international stage where every voice should be heard, Taiwan has earned its place in the global medical field. As a partner in medical practice, science, and care, Taiwan deserves a seat at the WHA, something the international community should jointly support. (Editor: Chang Chih-hsuan) 1150518
