Unhappy with this, a following vehicle honked, and the slowing rider even stopped their motorcycle in the middle of the lane, leading to a dispute with the person behind.
The Luzhou Precinct of the New Taipei City Police Department stated that although no related report was received at the time, after reviewing surveillance camera footage, they identified the motorcycle's license plate number and issued a citation. According to Article 43 of the "Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act," which covers dangerous driving behaviors such as "arbitrarily decelerating abruptly, braking, or temporarily stopping in a lane without encountering sudden circumstances while driving," a fine of not less than NT$6,000 and not more than NT$36,000 will be imposed.
