CTBC Brothers' José De Paula pitched 6 scoreless innings, while Uni-Lions' Brock Dykxhoorn threw a complete game of 9 innings with no walks, allowing only 1 run. However, as the Lions lost the game 0-1, Dykxhoorn set a tragic record as the 4th player in history to do so.

De Paula, who ended last season early due to injury, returned to the first team on May 3rd. Today's start against the Uni-Lions at Asia-Pacific Baseball Stadium was his third appearance of the season. He threw 102 pitches over 6 innings, giving up 6 hits and no runs, with 3 strikeouts and 1 walk.
