Asian Games baseball training scrimmage starts; Lei Hao-po hits top speed of 154 km/h

The Asian Games baseball training camp Blue vs. White scrimmage series began today at the National Training Center. Six games are scheduled to be played under the management of head coach Tang Deng-kai. In the first match, pitcher Lei Hao-po from National Taiwan University of Sport, representing the Blue team, stood out by pitching three scoreless innings in relief and clocking a top speed of 154 km/h. On the offensive side, Kao Yu-wei played a crucial role for the Blue team, hitting a home run and contributing two RBIs, leading the team to a 6-1 victory over the White team. Each team utilized three pitchers, with each pitching for three innings to gain experience. The coaching staff will continue to evaluate the players' performances throughout the upcoming matches.
