The original members were reappointed, with Wu Ching-tang, Executive Vice President of Yuanta Bank, serving as Chairman.

According to the announcement, three directors were elected, including Wu Ching-tang, Yuanta Bank AVP Regina L. Recto, and Yuanta Bank Senior VP Hsiao Chi-Liang, along with two independent directors, Senen L. Matoto and Arturo E. Manuel, Jr.
