Taiwan NDC Launches Asia's First National Just Transition Plan for Net Zero

Taiwan's National Development Council (NDC) has unveiled the 'National Just Transition Action Plan,' marking Asia's first national-level framework for social equity during net-zero transitions. The plan covers six carbon-reduction sectors including energy and manufacturing. It focuses on job training, industrial support, and social safety nets to ensure no one is left behind during the economic shift toward environmental sustainability.
