Hsinchu High School Students Win National Prize with Zero-Waste Taro Snacks

Students from Kuang Fu High School in Hsinchu secured second place in a national vocational competition for their 'Yu Sheng You Ni' project. By utilizing discarded taro stalks and peels combined with oil grass and koji fermentation, they created healthy snacks like fermented taro cakes and high-fiber crisps.
