At the Lviv Media Forum's first Taiwan Session, Taiwan's Representative to Poland, Liu Yung-chien, delivered a video speech emphasizing that both nations stand on the frontlines against authoritarian expansion. He outlined Taiwan's Integrated Diplomacy towards Ukraine, detailing over $150 million in government aid, donation of rescue vehicles, and support for press freedom. Liu also pledged Taiwan's long-term commitment to helping Ukraine rebuild and establish a non-red supply chain to resist economic coercion.
