(Central News Agency, Taipei, 14th) Foreign investors recorded a net buy of NT$4.543 billion today. Taishin Shin Kong Financial Holding topped the net buy list with 52,710 shares, followed by Ta Chen Stainless Pipe with 34,683 shares, and the Actively Managed Uni-President Taiwan Equity Growth ETF in third with 33,473 shares. The top net sell was panel maker Innolux with over 200,000 shares, with the Actively Managed Uni-President Upgraded 50 ETF and AU Optronics in second and third place.

The Taiwan stock market rose 377.25 points today to close at 41751.75 points, with a turnover of NT$1.216778 trillion. Among the three major institutional investors, foreign investors & mainland Chinese capital and investment trusts were net buyers, while proprietary traders were net sellers. The total net buy was NT$17.527 billion, with investment trusts buying a net NT$14.247 billion, foreign investors & mainland Chinese capital buying a net NT$4.543 billion, and proprietary traders selling a net NT$1.263 billion.

The top 10 net buys by foreign investors were, in order: Taishin Shin Kong Financial, Ta Chen Stainless Pipe, Actively Managed Uni-President Taiwan Equity Growth, Yuanta Nasdaq Select, UMC, Winbond, Yao Hwa, Compeq, Powerchip, and Capital Tip-Top Taiwan High Dividend Select.
