Pingtung County Government held a press conference today for the “2026 Yanliu Pa,” announcing that the event will be held from May 22 to 24 at Taiwan Hi Xinyuan Marine Industrial Park, with the theme of “Night Market x Banquet x Music Festival” this year.
The County’s Transportation and Tourism Department stated that on May 22, a limited-edition “Rock Banquet” will be launched, featuring local agricultural and fishery products from Xinyuan Township into the dishes, allowing the public to enjoy rock music while dining. That evening, there will also be a drone light show, combined with the Yanliu Blue Sea by the port, creating a romantic night reflection intertwining sea, land, and air, fostering a unique summer night atmosphere for Xinyuan.
The performance lineup includes popular musicians such as Fire EX., Xu Fu-kai, Mango Jump, and PAPUN BAND. There will also be a retro night market game zone and DIY experiences like painting koi flags and making snowflake ice.
The Transportation and Tourism Department also mentioned that the event collaborates with Jinhong Sesame Oil Peanut Shop to launch a co-branded limited-edition “Salted Peanuts with Us” gift box, paired with a limited-edition commemorative beer, promoting the idea that “beer with peanuts, good things happen,” allowing travelers to bring the most authentic Xinyuan flavor home.
