(Central News Agency reporter Wang Hung-kuo, New Taipei, May 13) A female student at Fu Jen University was reading in the campus library recently. After she temporarily left her seat, she found her water bottle had been moved and an unknown liquid had been added to it, which frightened her into reporting it to the police. Police detected human bodily fluids in the unknown liquid and will notify the male suspect involved to come in for questioning.

The Xinzhuang Precinct of the New Taipei City Police Department issued a press release stating that a female student at Fu Jen University was reading in the campus library on the 6th. After she temporarily left her seat around 1 PM that day, she returned around 3 PM to find her water bottle, originally on her desk, had been moved elsewhere. Upon opening the water bottle, she discovered an unknown liquid had been added. She then requested library staff to retrieve surveillance footage and reported the incident to the police.

Police investigation by reviewing surveillance footage revealed that at 1:46 PM that day, a 30-year-old male, surnamed Hong, with long hair tied in a ponytail and wearing a mask, approached the female student's seat, took her water bottle, and returned it at 1:48 PM before leaving immediately.

Preliminary forensic examination by investigators from the Xinzhuang Precinct confirmed the presence of human bodily fluids in the water bottle, which deeply disturbed the female student. She subsequently filed a sexual harassment complaint with the police station.

Police stated that they would notify Mr. Hong to report for questioning. As the female student has not filed other criminal charges, the Xinzhuang Precinct's Prevention and Control Group will prepare a sexual harassment investigation report, and the entire case will then be referred to the New Taipei City Government's Social Affairs Bureau for review.
