He allegedly failed to notice the conditions ahead, resulting in a collision with a private car driven by a 25-year-old man surnamed Zhang.

The police stated that this should be the first traffic accident after the opening of the Danjiang Bridge. Mr. Gao sustained minor abrasions and received on-site dressing before seeking medical attention on his own. The police swiftly handled the situation and restored normal traffic flow.
