Nanshan Life has also launched an AI smart training model for sales representatives, helping them train sales techniques, explain product content, and providing a scoring mechanism for feedback.
Nanshan Life today for the first time showcased its digital transformation base, which currently has a digital transformation team of over 500 people.
Nanshan Life General Manager Fan Wen-wei stated that observing how digital teams in their original work environment often faced limitations due to frameworks, it was decided to create a different office environment that digital team members would prefer. This is also the original intention of today's "unboxing" of the digital transformation base. They hope to upgrade the team's capabilities through various digital empowerments and the use of AI.

Lu Hsin-ko pointed out that Nanshan Life aims to achieve "cost reduction and efficiency improvement" in digital transformation this year. Among the current multiple AI projects, priority is given to employee efficiency, process optimization, and other aspects.
Lu Hsin-ko stated that they currently offer AI smart training for sales representatives, training three robots at once through the model. The first stage helps sales representatives train sales techniques and product content, providing situational context based on role settings; the second stage involves practicing with sales representatives, allowing for multiple scripts and levels; and the third stage has an independent scoring mechanism to provide feedback.
Nanshan Life executives explained that by referencing how various business units conduct physical drills, they further utilized existing basic sales training materials to develop this AI model.
