After police investigation, He was apprehended in Renwu District today and has been transferred for investigation on charges of robbery and theft.

Officers from the Linyuan Precinct of the Kaohsiung City Police Department explained that at around 10 PM yesterday, the 40-year-old man surnamed He allegedly stole a motorcycle with its engine still running in Jinxue Road, Daliao District. He then followed two Filipino women, seized the opportunity to snatch their bag, causing one of the women to fall and get injured. He fled with over NT$1,300.

The police formed a special task force for the investigation. After extensively reviewing surveillance footage, they discovered that He had gone to Renwu District. They immediately collaborated with the Renwu Precinct of the Kaohsiung City Police Department to apprehend He at around 5 AM today on Fengren Road in Renwu District. After questioning, He was transferred to the Ciaotou District Prosecutor's Office for investigation on charges of robbery, theft, and other offenses, with a request for detention.
