Chang Chih-sa stated that the EBRD Annual Meeting will be held in Latvia in June, with Yao Chin-hsiang leading the delegation. Regarding corporate representatives, Chang Chih-sa explained that each year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs sends letters through relevant units to invite corporate representatives to form delegations.
