(Central News Agency, Taipei, 12th) BizLink-KY announced that its important subsidiary, BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd., will increase capital in its Vietnam factory, BizLink Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., with a total transaction amount of US$13.4 million, funded by its own capital.

BizLink-KY also announced that its board of directors approved the consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2026, the 2025 Sustainability Report, the subsidiary capital increase plan, the renewal of bank credit lines and new authorization cases, and inter-subsidiary loan cases.
