The Zhongzheng First Precinct and the Taipei City Criminal Investigation Division's Science and Technology Crime Team formed a special task force on the 9th to search Saintly Clinic. They used infrared anti-pinhole detectors for a comprehensive scan and inspection, and carried out a consensual search and evidence preservation. Police found publicly installed cameras in consultation rooms and other areas, with lenses facing towards the patient beds. After simultaneously inspecting other locations within the clinic, preliminary investigations found no pinhole cameras or signs of removal or other abnormalities.

Police also notified the responsible person of Saintly Clinic for investigation. The responsible person of Saintly Clinic explained the situation at the police station on the afternoon of the 9th, accompanied by a lawyer. Police reported to the Taipei Prosecutors' Office at noon today for command and investigation. The Taipei Prosecutors' Office assigned the case to a prosecutor specializing in women and children's affairs, with charges including offenses against sexual privacy and secret violation.

The Saintly Medical Aesthetics Group issued a statement on the 9th, stating that to prevent potential future medical disputes and protect the rights of the clinic and consumers, they comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. They obtain clear written consent from each consumer before any procedure, and then conduct audio and video recording during the procedure; the retention period is one month after the procedure ends.

The statement also mentioned that recently, due to the secret filming case involving the Airy Group, some consumers were anxious and requested the Saintly Medical Aesthetics Group to delete audio and video recordings made during their procedures.
