(Central News Agency, Taipei, 11th) The second "True Love Show‧Sapphire Grand Concert Hall" was held yesterday, Mother's Day, at the Kaohsiung Pop Music Center. Singers Tsao Ya-wen and Wang Rui-xia performed moving songs; the skit "Big Ship Entering Port" featured a nearly 3-meter-high ship bow set, and the performance by actor Huang Xi-tian in drag alongside Wu Min received high praise.

Singers Shao Da-lun, Chen Meng-hsien, Huang Lu-yao, and Wu Shu-min performed songs such as "Burn It! Firebird," "Dancer," "Love Cha-Cha," and "Watch Me Transform 72 Times." Singer Shi Wen-bin then sang "Goodbye, My Beloved Unfated One," with many audience members singing along. Tsao Ya-wen chose to sing "Seventy, Eighty" and "The Only One" for all mothers present, wishing them "health and happiness."

Singer Wang Cai-hua took the stage and passionately sang "My Heart," "Dare to Go to the Cemetery," and "Blessing," and invited singer Bu$Y to collaborate on "West Coast Little Magic Spell," creating new sparks. Wang Rui-xia chose to sing "Heartless Rain" and "June Typhoon, July Flood," and said: "I've performed countless shows, but this is truly my first time at Sapphire, I'm really happy."

The climax of the event was "Big Ship Entering Port," where Huang Xi-tian, set against the backdrop of Qixian 3rd Road in the 1950s, depicted a story of bar girls and American soldiers, stringing together classic songs such as "Heart Blossoms," "Guangdong Flower," "Southern Love Song," "Love You in My Heart, Hard to Say," and "Nagasaki Butterfly Maiden." Artist Hou Yi-chun also performed in a kimono and sang "Old Love Still Lingers" with Shi Wen-bin.

In addition to recreating classic songs, "Bird Lady" Wu Min played a madam, and bantered with Huang Xi-tian in drag, adding humor to the warmth, making many elderly audience members laugh happily.

Singer Ye Qi-tian concluded the show with "The Wanderer's Heart" and "Wild Bird." When he sang "Mountain Girl is Getting Married," Wang Cai-hua led the dance troupe back on stage, and everyone sang "Fight to Win" to bring the event to a close. (Editor: Li Ming-tsung) 1150511
