Mr. Hu was rushed to Taichung Municipal Senior Citizens' Rehabilitation General Hospital for emergency treatment but succumbed to his injuries. The other three individuals sustained minor abrasions and were not seriously injured. All four individuals involved in the accident tested negative for alcohol and drugs.
