Private Kitchen Restaurant in Taipei Splashed with Paint, Police Suspect Emotional Dispute and Identify Suspect

Police today received a report and investigated, finding that a man drove near the scene and splashed paint from a bucket. Preliminary understanding suggests it was caused by an emotional dispute between an employee of the restaurant and another person. The suspect has been identified and notified to appear for questioning.

Taipei City Police Department Shilin Precinct Tianmu Police Station received a report around 1 PM today, stating that a store in its jurisdiction had been splashed with paint. Officers were immediately dispatched to collect evidence. It was found that a man drove to the vicinity and committed the crime with a paint bucket.

Preliminary understanding suggests it was caused by an emotional dispute between an employee of the restaurant and another person.
