(Central News Agency reporter Huang Hsu-sheng, New Taipei, 9th) Regarding the suspected pinhole camera voyeurism case at Airlee Clinic, people flocked to the New Taipei Banqiao store today, demanding refunds and filing police reports. The police stated that regardless of which branch one patronized, reports can be filed at any nearby police unit; there is no need to concentrate on the Jiangcui Police Station of the Haishan Precinct of the New Taipei City Government Police Department.

Airlee has four branches in New Taipei. Many consumers lined up at the Banqiao store to register for refunds. Due to the large number of people, the counter continued to process requests until late last night at 11 PM. Today, nearly 50 people also flocked in demanding refunds, forcing the store to manage crowd control and temporarily suspend administrative registration, with some consumers having to wait until next week for claims.

Consumers formed a self-help group chat, where many discussed the refund and reporting procedures, as they were unclear about them. Some consumers also worried about having private photos taken and reported the case to the local Jiangcui Police Station.

New Taipei police told a Central News Agency reporter that if citizens want to report a case, there is no need to concentrate at the Jiangcui Police Station to make statements. Any nearby police unit can accept reports, and the police will consolidate them into one case.

The Taiwan New Taipei District Prosecutors Office investigated the suspected pinhole camera voyeurism case at Airlee Clinic. On the 6th, President Chang Ju-shan, Assistant Zhang, and vendor Xie were arrested and brought in for questioning. After interrogation, they were requested to be detained with restricted communication on suspicion of offenses against sexual privacy, etc. The Taiwan New Taipei District Court held a detention hearing on the 7th and ruled that the three individuals be detained with restricted communication.
