This move aims to facilitate the development of precision mechanical components related to silicon photonics Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) technology.
ZunDa-KY stated that in view of the future development of data centers and AI, silicon photonics Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) technology is considered the most critical core technology. Related precision material components will be used to achieve precise physical support positioning and low-loss connections required for optoelectronic components, driver ICs, application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs), graphical processing unit (GPU) switch chips, and external light sources (ELSFP). These related precision products can also be broadly applied in electric vehicles, aerospace, defense, and biomedical fields.
