A self-organized group of Taiwanese relatives and friends traveling to mainland China had a bus accident in Gansu, resulting in 1 death and 12 injuries. Li Bao-wen stated that all injured individuals have returned to Taiwan. Upon receiving notification of the accident, the SEF immediately coordinated with the local Taiwanese business association for assistance and maintained contact with the Mainland Affairs Council (MAC), the Taipei Association of Travel Agents, and travel agencies.
