Driven by strong demand for artificial intelligence (AI), Quanta's April revenue reached NT$339.921 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.2 times, reaching the second-highest monthly record in history; Wistron's April revenue was approximately NT$283.437 billion, a year-on-year increase of 1.1 times, setting a new high for the same period in previous years.
Pegatron continues to expand its AI server business, with April revenue decreasing by 15.2% year-on-year; Compal's non-PC products performed excellently, with April revenue increasing by 15.5% year-on-year.
Quanta's consolidated revenue for April was approximately NT$339.921 billion, a month-on-month decrease of 6.3%, and a year-on-year increase of 1.2 times, marking the second-highest monthly record in history. Cumulative revenue for the first four months of this year was NT$1.1491 trillion, a year-on-year increase of 79.6%, setting a new high for the same period in previous years.
Quanta shipped 3.5 million notebook computers in April, a decrease of 1.8 million units month-on-month, mainly due to the quarter-end pull-in effect in March, which raised the base period. Quanta will hold an investor conference on May 14 to provide the latest business outlook.
