Police today apprehended the driver surnamed Wu, who was wanted for firearms offenses and obstruction of official duties, in the Niucuo Village area of Taixi Township.
Wu confessed that due to a financial dispute with a friend, he feared being attacked, so he heavily armed himself with powerful firearms in his car for self-defense.
