CTCI ASIAN Engineering's Singapore branch plans to invest NT$516.64 million to acquire property usage rights, valid until August 16, 2041 (approximately 15 years and 3 months), for operational needs.
The property usage rights acquired by CTCI ASIAN Engineering's Singapore branch have a land area of approximately 1514.28 ping (about 4997 square meters) and a total floor area of approximately 3105.98 ping (about 10267 square meters); the counterparty to the transaction is WING TUCK ENGINEERING PTE. LTD., which is not a related party.
CTCI ASIAN Engineering's board of directors also approved its Q1 financial report today, with revenue of NT$20.346 billion, a 67% year-on-year increase, net profit attributable to owners of the parent company of NT$2.227 billion, and earnings per share of NT$9.45.
