TRA had initially estimated repairs to be completed by 4 PM, but service has now resumed ahead of schedule at 2:58 PM.

TRA stated via message that at 10:41 AM, it received a report that the power line between Shanli and Luye was damaged by a fallen roadside tree. The company immediately established a first-level emergency response team and initiated road shuttle services, with some trains having shortened routes or being canceled.

TRA had originally expected repairs to be completed by 4 PM today. TRA noted that the power line fault has now been repaired, and service resumed from 2:58 PM. Specifically, southbound trains from service 422 onwards and northbound trains from service 431 onwards have resumed normal operation, and the road shuttle service between Taitung and Guanshan has been canceled.
