Reuters reported that the Nikkei pointed out SoftBank hopes to first establish a production system by assembling externally procured components by 2030, and then gradually take over the entire server manufacturing process.
The report also stated that this business will focus on high-performance servers capable of running advanced graphics processing units (GPUs).
This plan will be incorporated into SoftBank's mid-term management strategy and, according to the Nikkei, could be announced as early as next Monday.
