The Chiayi Investigation Team issued a press release today stating that the suspect Tseng sold drugs boldly in public places throughout Chiayi County and City. After locating his residence, the team formed a special task force in August last year with the Yunlin Investigation Team of the Coast Guard Administration Investigation Branch, the Central Branch Fourth Coastal Patrol Team, and the Zhongpu Precinct of the Chiayi County Police Bureau, under the command of the Chiayi District Prosecutors Office.
