(Central News Agency reporter Zeng Renkai, Taipei, 7th) Kinmen, a major server chassis manufacturer, today announced its first-quarter financial report. Revenue was NT$7.107 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 5.4% and a year-on-year increase of 71.1%; net profit attributable to the parent company was NT$1.335 billion, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 24.8% and a doubling compared to the same period last year, with earnings per share of NT$10.73, setting a new historical high and earning one capital share in a single quarter.

Kinmen stated that benefiting from the strong upward demand for end-user AI applications, which has comprehensively driven the boom in data center hardware construction, product lines such as AI servers, general-purpose servers, storage servers, switches, and cabinet components have seen robust shipments, collectively boosting Kinmen's first-quarter operating performance.

Looking ahead, Kinmen stated that the demand for construction driven by AI remains clear. Recently, Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Meta, and other four major cloud service providers (CSPs) in North America released their latest financial reports and further revised up their capital expenditure forecasts for this year, confirming the long-term development trend of AI infrastructure. Kinmen is expected to benefit from this.
