(Central News Agency, Taipei, 6th) Xunde announced today that its board of directors resolved to acquire shares of TAIPHIL PROTECH INDUSTRIAL INC. in the Philippines. The acquisition price is US$2.5 million, with funding from its own capital. The purpose of the acquisition is for the group's overall business strategy, including supply chain transfer, expanding economic scale, and enhancing profitability.

The announcement stated that the counterparty to the transaction is NEW VISTA LIMITED. The US$2.5 million will be paid within one month after the acquisition base date, and the scheduled completion date is June 1st.
