The Central Weather Administration stated that at 2 PM today, the center of Hagupit was located at 8.0 degrees North latitude and 146.7 degrees East longitude, moving southwest at a speed of 16 kilometers per hour. The central pressure is 1002 hectopascals, the maximum wind speed near the center is 18 meters per second, and the average radius of the 7-level wind is 80 kilometers.
