Taipei Hospital issued a press release today stating that to retain nursing staff, Zheng Shun-ping made the above announcement during yesterday's Nurses' Day celebration event.

Zheng Shun-ping stated that to create a nursing environment where nurses can "stay, work long, and develop well," the hospital has comprehensively reviewed its nursing system, optimizing both salary structure and welfare design to enhance recruitment and retention incentives. In addition to salary increases and higher signing bonuses, they have also simultaneously increased unit allowances, advanced incentives, and performance bonuses.

He stated that newly hired three-shift nurses will receive salaries comparable to regular staff during their probationary period, and a seniority recognition system will be added, allowing transfer nurses to carry their years of experience with them. According to hospital statistics, after one year of service, the proportion of new nurses earning an annual salary of over NT$1 million reaches 80%.
