Police and fire personnel arrived at the scene and confirmed that Mr. Kuo was visibly deceased.
Taipei City Police and Fire Department received a report around 8 AM about a collision between a tractor-trailer and a motorcycle at the intersection of Zhongxiao East Road Section 7 and Lane 265 in Nangang District. Personnel were immediately dispatched to the scene, and the motorcycle rider was clearly deceased.
Upon investigation, it was understood that at the time of the incident, Mr. Ke was driving a tractor-trailer eastbound on Zhongxiao East Road Section 7.
