(Central News Agency reporter He Hsiu-ling, Taipei 6th) Information service provider SYSTEX Corporation today announced its Q1 financial report, with revenue of NT$11.96 billion. Benefiting from corporate investment in digital transformation and AI adoption, net profit attributable to owners of the parent company reached NT$718 million, an annual increase of 164.51%, and earnings per share (EPS) was NT$2.64. Revenue, net profit, and EPS all set new records for the same period.

SYSTEX Corporation stated in a press release today that both Q1 revenue and profit showed significant growth. In terms of its core business, it mainly benefited from corporate investment in digital transformation, which drove stable growth in demand for software development and system integration services. On the other hand, the implementation of AI application scenarios, gradually expanding from single department use to various operational units, has become a rigid demand and a new wave of growth momentum.

The semiconductor industry continues to expand its momentum, driving SYSTEX's overseas business growth. In addition, the sustained high activity in Taiwan's capital market this year, coupled with a significant increase in non-operating investment contributions compared to the same period last year, also contributed to the growth in Q1 after-tax net profit.

Looking ahead to the second half of the year, SYSTEX will continue to promote the adoption of its Enterprise AI Platform (EAP) applications, deepen the practical implementation of AI in various industries, integrate SYSTEX's advantages in software development and data integration, and accelerate the monetization capabilities of AI application services. In addition, in response to the strong demand from Taiwanese businesses expanding overseas, SYSTEX will continue to expand its global IT service capabilities and accelerate its overseas market deployment.

Furthermore, cybersecurity service provider Ares Information today announced April revenue of NT$211 million, an annual increase of 14.37%; cumulative revenue for the first four months of this year reached NT$836 million, an annual increase of 19.26%. Ares Information stated that benefiting from stable growth in core business demand and continuous contributions from existing customer projects, operations maintained double-digit growth momentum.

In terms of international market expansion, Ares Information stated that it continues to deploy in Southeast Asia, having already introduced cybersecurity technical services to manufacturing and Taiwanese businesses in Thailand. Operational results will gradually be reflected with project progress. In the future, it will continue to deepen cybersecurity technology and service capabilities in the Southeast Asian market and expand its international market presence.
