Su Wen-ling, Director-General of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Agency of Commercial Development, Li An-yu, Secretary-General of Hsinchu County, and Lin Fu-hsing, Chairman of Fubon Life, attended as representatives.
Fubon Life responded to and cooperated with central and local policies, acquiring approximately 20,000 pings of land in the Hsinchu Industrial Park in April 2023. It plans to construct three large logistics park buildings, including automated warehousing, normal temperature, and cold chain uses, with a total developed logistics volume of up to 88,000 pings. The site is conveniently located 300 meters from the Hukou interchange and only 40 kilometers from Taoyuan International Airport, with completion expected in 2029.
