The report stated that Jiang Xiaoming's newly purchased property is located in Convention Plaza Apartments in Wan Chai, with a usable area of 1115 square feet. The registered buyer is S&J HKAPT LIMITED, and the company director is Jiang Simon X. (Jiang Xiaoming), among others.

The report indicated that records show Jiang Xiaoming also purchased a unit in Convention Plaza Apartments in 2020 under his personal name, with a purchase price of HK$16.28 million (approximately NT$65.45 million).
