EVA Air Receives 5-Star Rating for 11 Consecutive Years

The assessment standards cover approximately 500-800 evaluation analyses, including cabin environment, in-flight catering, cabin service, ground service, and crew quality. Starting June 26, EVA Air will launch a direct flight route from Taoyuan to Washington D.C., the capital of the United States, offering four flights per week. Additionally, to meet the growing travel and business demands of southern Taiwan passengers, starting May 20, flights from Kaohsiung to Tokyo, Macau, and Shanghai Pudong will be upgraded to the Airbus A330-300 wide-body aircraft.
