(Central News Agency, Taipei, May 5th) Network communications equipment provider Senao Networks Inc.'s board of directors today resolved to inject $10 million in cash into its wholly-owned Vietnamese subsidiary, SENAO NETWORKS VIETNAM CO., LTD. The purpose of this capital increase is to save on interest and optimize the financial structure.
Senao Networks' capital increase to its Vietnamese subsidiary will be funded by its own capital.
As of the fourth quarter of last year, Senao Networks' investment balance in its Vietnamese subsidiary, SENAO NETWORKS VIETNAM CO., LTD., reached NT$530.712 million.
