May Taiwan Stock Index Futures Down 21 Points

Taipei stocks closed up 64.15 points today at 40769.29 points. The May Taiwan Stock Index Futures closed at 41035 points, down 21 points, with a positive spread of 265.71 points compared to the spot market.

The Taiwan Futures Exchange set the opening reference prices for the index futures contracts for the next two months as follows: May futures at 41056 points and June futures at 41138 points.

Taiwan stocks closed up 64.15 points today at 40769.29 points, with a transaction value of NT$997.643 billion.

May Taiwan Stock Index Futures closed at 41035 points, down 21 points, with a transaction volume of 41,536 contracts; June futures closed at 41133 points, down 5 points, with a transaction volume of 444 contracts. The actual closing prices are subject to the announcement of the Futures Exchange.
