Both LITE-ON Technology and Kuang-Yuan are optimistic about the strong growth expected in the semiconductor market.
Vanguard International Semiconductor announced that its board of directors approved capital budgets for the company and its subsidiaries' machinery equipment and related plant facilities, including NT$4.929 billion for 12-inch machinery equipment and related plant facilities. In addition to international semiconductor equipment giants such as Applied Materials, KLA Corporation, and ASML, the transaction partners also include domestic plant facility providers Rayzer, Juxian R&D, and United Integrated Services.
