Largan Precision April Revenue Up 24% YoY, May Shipments Expected to Decline Slightly

Amid the transition between old and new iPhone models, Largan Precision''s shipment momentum has slowed. The company reported April consolidated revenue of NT.362 billion, a 1% decrease from the previous month but a 24% increase year-on-year. Chairman Lin En-ping previously estimated that May''s performance would be lower than April''s, although the results for both months are expected to be better than the same period last year. Cumulative revenue for the first four months reached NT0.906 billion, an 11% year-on-year increase. Market rumors suggest that Apple''s new models—the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and the debut of the foldable iPhone Ultra—will all be unveiled at the autumn launch event in September, though some reports indicate the foldable phone could be delayed.
