(Central News Agency reporter Zhong Rongfeng, Taipei, 5th) Hon Hai announced this afternoon its April self-consolidated revenue of NT$832.098 billion, a 3.53% increase month-on-month and a 29.74% increase compared to the same period in 2025, setting a new record high for the same period in history. Hon Hai's consolidated revenue for the first four months of this year reached NT$2.961688 trillion, a 29.7% increase year-on-year, also setting a new record high for the same period.

Looking ahead to the second quarter's operations, Hon Hai stated that the second quarter is traditionally an off-peak season for the ICT industry, with major products entering a transition period between new and old models. However, artificial intelligence (AI) server cabinets are expected to maintain a growth trend. Based on current visibility, Hon Hai anticipates that its Q2 operational outlook will show both quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year growth, though it will continue to monitor the impact of the volatile global political and economic situation.

Observing the four major product lines compared to March, Hon Hai explained that components and other products saw strong growth compared to March, mainly benefiting from increased other income and shipments of components related to core businesses. Cloud and network products experienced significant growth, driven by strong pull-in momentum for artificial intelligence (AI) cloud products. Computer terminal products remained flat, while consumer smart products saw a slight decline, mainly due to the higher base effect from new product launches in March.

Compared to the same period in 2025, Hon Hai stated that components and other products, as well as cloud and network products, showed strong growth year-on-year. Computer terminal products saw significant growth, while consumer smart products experienced a slight decline.

Looking at Hon Hai's performance across its four major product lines for the first four months of this year, Hon Hai pointed out that cloud and network products, and components and other products, showed strong growth compared to the same period last year. Among these, the cloud category benefited from strong pull-in momentum for AI cloud products, and the components category benefited from increased other income and shipments of components related to core businesses. As for computer terminal products and consumer smart products, their performance remained flat. (Editor: Zhang Liangzhi) 1150505
