While passing through Zhonghua Road in Zhubei City, multiple gas cylinders fell and obstructed the lane, possibly due to a broken pin in the rear compartment. Fortunately, no one was injured, and a citation was issued in accordance with the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act.

Surveillance footage shows a small truck carrying gas cylinders in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County. As it rounded a curve in the inner lane of Zhonghua Road, several gas cylinders fell from the truck bed and rolled on the road. A motorcyclist behind saw this, braked, and swerved to avoid them. Fortunately, there was no collision with the steel cylinders, and no one was injured in the accident.

The Zhubei Precinct of the Hsinchu County Police Bureau stated in writing that at around 2 PM yesterday, they received a report of multiple gas cylinders scattered on Zhonghua Road in Zhubei City. Officers arrived at the scene to handle the situation, which was suspected to be caused by a broken pin in the rear compartment of the cargo truck. They immediately controlled traffic and assisted in clearing the obstruction.

The police pointed out that for this accident, Mr. Huang has been cited in accordance with the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, which carries a fine of not less than NT$3,000 and not more than NT$18,000, and he will be ordered to rectify the situation or prohibited from passing.
