Nantou County Magistrate Hsu Shu-hua, Sinyi Township Mayor Chuan Chih-chien, and others attended. The three-story new building is full of Bunun tribal cultural characteristics, possesses green building and functional aesthetics, and its spaces are planned for teaching functions such as art, music, and an auditorium. Hsu Shu-hua stated in her speech that Luona Elementary School has a rich history, both in its age and its architecture, and has cultivated many outstanding students, especially excelling in sports.
