(SpaceX)'s Falcon 9 rocket.
According to Yonhap News Agency and Reuters, the Korea Aerospace Administration (KASA) stated that the next-generation medium-sized satellite No. 2 would separate from the launch vehicle around 5:00 PM and establish its first communication with a Norwegian ground station 15 minutes later.
Reportedly, this 500-kilogram class satellite, primarily developed by Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI), can identify objects on the ground with a black and white resolution of 0.5 meters and a color resolution of 2 meters.
